Ken Kirby, Ph.D., P.E. Principal A Doctor of Engineering, a successful entrepreneur, an executive coach, and a dedicated student of ancient mind-body practices, Ken blends his truly unique combination of technical and business savvy with an intense pursuit of personal development. As a lifelong student of human interaction, Ken leverages more than 20 years of experience in consulting, coaching, and public service to help people develop the interpersonal skills they need to be successful. He shows clients how to take courageous steps to align their actions with their values and make unique contributions to the world. In 2000, Ken earned a Ph.D. in civil and environmental engineering from University of California, Davis. He is also certified as a coach by the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento. Debby Boethling Senior Consultant As a consultant, certified coach, and workshop leader, Debby enjoys supporting people in organizations as they reconnect with their vision, recognize and leverage their strengths, and make changes that support consistent progress. She brings more than 20 years experiences as a business manager for companies both large and small. Debby is certified as a coach by the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento and she has served as a board member for the Sacramento Coaches Association. She is also certified by CPP, Inc. as a Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator® practitioner. Pamela Peters Senior Consultant A coach, mentor, and teacher, Pamela has over twenty years experience working with students and corporate clients to bring about change and inspire higher levels of performance. She is a high-energy consultant with outstanding inter-personal skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of personalities and diverse clients. Pamela is a graduate in Integral Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and is certified as a coach by the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento. |
